Below are the step by step instructions on how to review a candidate going through an RPT process. 

Department Committee

1. While on the “Case Materials” tab
2. Click “Read Case”
3. Review the materials in the document reader.  You can click specific attachments in the left hand navigation.
4. Once you are done reviewing, close the document reader

Committee Chairs Only

1. Click the “Case Details” tab
2. Under “required Items”, click “Add”
3. Upload the signed memo to the Department Chair
4. Click the “Case materials” tab
5. Click the checkbox next to your memo (under “Department/School Committee Recommendation”)
6. Click “Share” in the blue header
7. Click with candidate
8. Subject- Department/School Committee Recommendation
9. Message- Your department/school committee has shared their recommendation with you.  Please login to F180, and click into your packet to view the recommendation.”
10. In the upper right hand corner click “send Case” and “Forward to Department/School Committee”
11. Select “send email”
12. Fill out your subject line, and send
13. You’re done, it has moved on to the next step in the process.

2. Click “Read Case”

5. Click the “Case Details” tab
6. Under “required Items”, click “Add” in the right hand corner
7. Upload the signed memo to the Dean, add it to the Chair/Director Recommendation section.
8. Click the “Case materials” tab
9. Click the checkbox next to your memo (under “Chair/Director Recommendation”)
10. Click “Share” in the blue header
11. Click with candidate
12. Subject- Chair/Director Recommendation
13. Message- Your Chair/Director has shared their recommendation with you.  Please login to F180, and click into your packet to view the recommendation.”
14. On the right hand click “enable”
15. In reason type “rebuttal”
16. Select the due date, 3 business days after your submission
17. Send it to “Candidate Rebuttals” section
18. Click send
19. In the upper right hand corner click “send Case” and “Forward to College PTRC”
20. Select “send email”
21. Fill out your subject line, and send
22. You’re done, it has moved on to the next step in the process.

9. Click the checkbox next to your memo (under “Dean Recommendation”)
10. Click “Share” in the blue header
11. Click with candidate
12. Subject- Dean Recommendation
13. Message- Your Dean has shared their recommendation with you.  Please login to F180, and click into your packet to view the recommendation.”
14. On the right hand click “enable”
15. In reason type “rebuttal”
16. Select the due date, 3 business days after your submission
17. Send it to “Candidate Rebuttals” section
18. Click send
19. In the upper right hand corner click “send Case” and “Forward to Provost or ULRC”
20. Select “send email”
21. Fill out your subject line, and send
22. You’re done, it has moved on to the next step in the process.
