Preparing for Travel

All trips must be led by a trained Trip Coordinator.  Trip Coordinators will review the required travel documents and campus procedures for non-academic trips.

Travel documents to be submitted to Student and Campus Activities for review and approval prior to travel:

  1. Student Organization Travel Registration (All drivers for student organization travel must be approved through Risk Management)
  2. Liability Release Waiver
  3. Emergency Form
  4. Purchase Requisition
