Seth Campbell serves as the senior administrator in the area of Student Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion. Student Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion is a hub for connecting students, faculty, staff, and the community around issues of social and racial justice, and belonging, to explore, learn and inspire folx to create positive social change. In 2019, Seth received the Rising Star for Commitment to Civic Engagement by the National Association of Student Personnel Administers (NASPA) Civic Learning and Democratic Engagement Knowledge Community for their work around engaged citizenship and student development. Seth has contributed in furthering inclusion within the area of campus life nationally by serving in an appointment to the Diversity Advisory Group (DAG) for the National Association of Campus Activities from 2017-2019 and remains a frequent contributor to Campus Activities Programming Magazine. Seth holds a Masters of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Community College Leadership from Kent State University, and a Bachelors of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations from Heidelberg University.
Tracy DeFazio is committed to creating and maintaining a safe and supportive campus where students are able to successfully navigate and integrate their educational, cultural, and social identities into a dynamic collegiate experience. Tracy provides administrative support while coordinating activities and events that promote student engagement. In addition, she supervises the student staff and provides guidance to club and organization student leaders, along with assisting on the oversight of the budget. Tracy is married and has three daughters and a son. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, traveling to warm places, the first snowfall, and a good cup of coffee. Tracy earned an Associate of Business Administration degree (ABA) in Office Administration from Ohio Business College in 2003, and has been with BGSU Firelands since 2009.
