Falcon Fund Run
It is time to get excited for the 2019 Falcon Fund Run—Race #3 in the Huron 5K Challenge Series! Our course is grassy and flat and a great experience for walkers and runners of all ages. We know how busy fall Saturday mornings can be, and we are excited to welcome you and your friends and family to campus for an early evening event this year!
Come enjoy music, friendship, and fun in support of BGSU Firelands students. The Falcon Fund Run is a fund raising initiative for scholarships at BGSU Firelands. All proceeds will provide educational opportunities for area students.
Details and Location
The event is being held on the BGSU Firelands campus and begins at 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2019. We will be allowing a staggered self-timed start for walkers who would like to begin before 7 p.m. Event day registration and bib pickup will begin at 5:30 p.m. and is located in the first floor North Building hallway. Follow signs to race day parking!
Cost for the 2019 Falcon Fund Run is $20 and includes a free t-shirt and refreshments after the race. T-shirts are not guaranteed after the pre-registration deadline. The pre-registration deadline is August 24, at 5 p.m.

Awards will be presented for overall male and female, top three BGSU Firelands student runners, and top three male and female runners in each of the following age groups: 14 and under; 15 - 19; 20 - 29; 30 - 39; 40 - 49; 50 - 59; and 60 and over.
The awards presentation is at 8:15 p.m. in the North Building student lounge.
Please note that all minor children will be required to have a release form signed by a parent/guardian prior to the start of the race. Forms will be available at the registration desk on the morning of the race, or can be downloaded here.
