*The US$1300.00 quoted for “round-trip airfare” does not include applicable sales taxes and the domestic leg of the itinerary, i.e. Cleveland, Ohio, etc., to Los Angeles. The international segment of the flight includes stopovers in Taipei and Kuala Lumpur (the cost of overnight lodging in Kuala Lumpur, including meals, will be entirely paid for by Malaysia Airlines); as an added incentive, you may add Bangkok or Manila or Singapore to your itinerary at the tail-end of the trip at no extra cost in airfare.  Moreover, if you choose to add Manila to your itinerary, you may opt to leave the Philippines from Cebu City (instead of Manila) in the southern Philippines; in like manner, you may opt to fly out of the resort city of Phuket in southern Thailand (instead of Bangkok), should you choose to add Bangkok to your itinerary. If you need assistance in booking the domestic component(s) of your itinerary, please advise Dr Benjamin N Muego, course director, as soon as possible.

**The US$1,200.00 quoted for “hotel accommodations and meals” includes all hotel accommodations (air-conditioned, double-occupancy), all meals (except extra drinks), all airport transfers, ground transportation (by air-conditioned bus or van, as the case may be) and all admission fees to museums, cultural presentations, etc., included in the itinerary. There is a US$100.00 surcharge for single-occupancy accommodations.
***US$603 is the in-state tuition fee for 3 undergraduate credit hours @ US$201 per credit hour.
****US$ 1,359 is the in-state tuition fee for 3 graduate hours @ US$453 per credit hour.
*****Required of all participants who are taking the course as a Continuing Education Course.
