Video Conference Request Form

For those faculty and staff who serve on University committees or have meetings scheduled in the Bowen Thompson Student Union, the Office of Audio Visual Services in conjunction with WBGU-TV are now offering the the option of attending meetings via Video Conference.  At least a 72 hour advance notice is required and meetings rooms need to be assigned on both campuses.  If you would like to schedule a Video Conference connection for your next meeting, please complete the form below or contact the Office of Audio Visual Services at extension 20693.
