Hours and Location
The Office of Technology Support Services is located on the Second Floor of the North Building on the BGSU Firelands Campus adjacent to the Main Computer Lab - Room 231 North. The administrative offices are open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F except in cases of Holidays observed by BGSU.
Fall / Spring Hours
Monday - Thursday 8 am to 10 pm
Friday 8 am to 5 pm
Saturday 8 am to 12 pm
Technology Support
Technology Support is available during the operating hours of the Main Computer Lab. If your issue can not be resolved over the phone, a work request will be taken by the OTSS staff member and submitted for service.

Projector Requests
Faculty and Staff at BGSU Firelands may use this form to request a computer cart with projector for use in their class for PowerPoint presentation. There are a limited number of projectors, and completing this form does not guarantee that one will be available during the time / date requested, however, Technology Support Services will make every effort to provide you with the equipment needed for your course.
