OTSS Projector Request Form

Request Form

This form may be used by Faculty and Staff at BGSU Firelands to request a computer cart with projector for use in their class for PowerPoint presentation. There are a limited number of projectors, and completing this form does not guarantee that one will be available during the time / date requested, however, Technology Support Services will make every effort to provide you with the equipment needed for your course.
Technology Support Services will review your request and respond via e-mail within three business days as to the status of your request.
