Firelands Writing Lab

Welcome to the Writing Lab!

In the Writing Lab, writers help other writers improve their work. How do we do this? We provide one-on-one consultations with writers. In these tutorials, we talk with writers who are planning their papers and with others who are in the midst of writing them. Wherever you may be in your writing process, a conversation with another interested writer can help you better achieve your goals.

WHERE?

BGSU Firelands Library (NE corner)

WHEN?

Writing tutors are available in the Writing Lab on these days and times:

Monday 10-2
Tuesday 10-6
Wednesday 1-7
Thursday 10-6
Friday 10-2

Simply “drop-in” to discuss your work or schedule an appointment.

OTHER HELP?

Writers might also find useful information at a variety of web sites (see below) devoted to writing well. Other inquiries can be directed to firewrite@bgsu.edu or to Dr. Jacqueline Justice, Director of Writing (jjustic@bgsu.edu).
