Meetings
Meetings for the Peace and Justice Club are regularly scheduled in "The Pit" / Student Lounge area on the first floor of the North Building every Wednesday. For more information contact the advisor.

About Us
The BGSU Firelands Peace and Justice Club," A nonpartisan, broad-based student group concerned about:
- The need for increased financial assistance (not loans) for students in higher education.
- The need for a living wage for workers.
- The need for pay equity in the law.
- The need to protect affirmative action for women and minorities.
- The need to protect the civil and voting rights of minorities and all voters.
- The need to fight racial profiling in the Justice system.
- The impact of NAFTA, GATT, FTAA and the WTO on all workers.
- The need to protect a worker's right to organize, to collective bargaining and a safe workplace.
- The need for true campaign finance, election reform and representation.
- The need for educational reform in the funding of public education
- The need to look at a universal healthcare system in the richest country in history.
- and many other issues.. Remember, the issues are many, the fighters are few and they all affect you!
