BEFORE THE FIRST CLASS MEETING
You will be given a full refund minus a $15 service charge for each program from which you withdraw prior to the first class meeting. Refunds will be given only if you withdraw before the first class meeting.

PROGRAMS MEETING ONLY ONE TIME
No refunds will be given for programs meeting for only one session unless you withdraw three (3) days before the program begins. Full refunds minus a $15 service charge for each program apply.

REGARDING COMPANY BILLING OPTIONS
The company is responsible for registration payment upon receipt of invoice. Written notice of your employee’s withdrawal must be received three (3) college working days before the class begins in order to qualify for a full refund minus the $15 service charge for each program. No refunds will be made after that deadline. Transfers to other programs and substitute participants are permitted. No refunds will be made for programs meeting one time unless the employee withdraws three (3) days before the program begins. Full refund minus the $15 service charge for each program applies.

REFUND REQUIREMENT
Notice of any withdrawal is required. Office personnel must be notified of your withdrawal according to the time schedule above. Call the Office for Educational Outreach at 419-433-5560 or 800-322-4787, ext. 20617. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing refunds. If payment is made with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover Card, a credit will be issued.

A $20 charge will be assessed for all returned checks.
