Requirements: To earn Green Belt Certification, you must:

  • Complete all required courses
  • Complete all associated assignments, projects and exams
  • Earn a cumulative grade of at least "B" in each required course

BPI 102 - 5S for Service Organizations and the Lean Office

Sort (organization)
Set in order (orderliness)
Shine (cleanliness)
Standardize (standardize the 1st 3 Ss)
Sustain (discipline)

EI 102 - MINITAB Green Belt Training

Covers first three stages of DMAIC (define, measure, analyze)
Uses MINITAB software to integrate methodology with basic statistical tools and applications

EI 103 - Team-oriented Problem Solving

Prerequisite: completion of EI 102
Overview of Lean Six Sigma Methodology
MINITAB Measurement Systems Analysis
MINITAB SPC Control Charting and Capability Studies
Process Failure Mode and Effect Analysis
MINITAB Six Sigma Design of Experiments
