Requirements: To earn Black Belt Certification, you must:
Earn Green Belt Certification by completing required courses and earning the minimum grade.
Complete an industry-focused project with instructor and industry sponsor approval. Project is due within 12 months from completion of your courses. Project must document a minimum $150,000 annualized savings to the industry sponsor.
