  • We’re located in Huron, Ohio (near Sandusky), approximately one-half mile south of the Ohio Route 2, Rye Beach Road exit.
  • When you visit the campus, the Office of Admission will be your host. Located in the West Building, the office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may call us at 419-433-5560 or 1-800-322-4787 ext. 20607.
  • Get a head start now. High school seniors should apply early in their senior year, take the ACT or SAT and request high school transcripts to be forwarded to the Office of Admission at BGSU Firelands with the application form and fee. If ACT or SAT scores are not available, we will provide COMPASS testing to determine placement in classes.
  • Transfer students are not required to submit test results but should have college transcripts forwarded to BGSU. Students with fewer than 45 quarter hours or 30 semester hours of college coursework must submit high school transcripts.
  • As a commuter campus, BGSU Firelands offers no on-campus housing. Public bus service is available from some areas.
