Transfer With Ease Fast Facts
- You can begin one of the more than 200 BGSU undergraduate majors and minors at BGSU Firelands and easily transfer to the main
campus or another two- or four-year school.
- Associate degree programs are designed to prepare you for transfer to bachelor's programs or for entry into the job market
in a technical or paraprofessional area.
- BGSU Firelands and the main campus at Bowling Green are closely linked. Courses and programs are carefully coordinated to
ensure a smooth transition if you wish to begin your baccalaureate degree at BGSU Firelands and then transfer to the main
campus.
A Study In Affordability
- A student enrolled for 11 or more credit hours pays $2,106 per semester. If you enroll for fewer hours, you will pay even
less. While BGSU Firelands is committed to keeping tuition as low as possible, fees are subject to change.
- Senior Adult Grants for Education (SAGE) allow Ohio residents age 60 and older to enroll tuition-free in credit courses on
a space-available, noncredit basis.
- About 75% of BGSU Firelands students receive financial aid.
- During 2007-08 more than $12.6 million was awarded to BGSU Firelands students through scholarships, grants, loans and the
federal work-study program.
