| The Bursar's Office |
|
Billing of tuition and fees: |
| The Bursar's Office may give a 14 day or less turn around between the billing of the student and the due date of the bill. You will receive a bill in the mail, but you may also access that information on
MyBGSU. There are two links
here of which you should be aware:
|
- The My Bursar Bill
link gives you the billing information for the period due.
- The My Current Bursar
Transactions link shows transactions that have been
applied to your account since the last bill was sent to you.
These items will appear on your next statement.
|
| The receipt of payment by the Bursar Office will be
shown on the next bill. In the meantime you will find your payment activity
by clicking on the My Current Bursar Transactions link on
MyBGSU. Other itemizations
could be scholarships, financial aid received, or any other outside payments.
If you have financial aid, be sure your financial aid paperwork is complete BEFORE the semester begins. If you are still in the process
of completing your financial aid application or have not yet filed
for financial aid, please go to 135 West Building to check on your
status. |
| Installment Payment Plan: |
| BGSU offers a 9-payment plan (four
payments for fall semester and five payments for
spring semester)
to cover tuition and fees. A $55.00 non-refundable
enrollment fee, a
signed application, and an appropriate payment
is required for enrollment in the
9-payment plan. If you wish to sign up for only one specific
semester, the enrollment fee is $30.00. The minimum balance you may
budget is $250.00. After the signed application, enrollment fee and
appropriate payment is received, a letter detailing your expected
monthly installments will be sent to your billing address.
