Michael Beuglass Monoprints January 11 – February 9

“As long as I can remember I have been fascinated with color and shape. I find great comfort in rich bold colors as well as
bright brilliant hues. Whether in a great piece of art, paint on the walls or on the things that surround me, color can provoke
my imagination and give inspiration for the prints that I create. Often times I will cut shapes and apply color with no particular
idea in mind and allow my stream of consciousness to dictate the outcome of the work. I respond to shapes that are somewhat
irregular, grouped or positioned in overlapping patterns, or lined up next to each other, creating a seeming sense of order
and calm . . . ."
